I visit cemeteries on occasions, And I'm astounded at the craftsmanship/artwork used to create some of the older tombstones. These were created by hand and not by the machines that are used today.  Some stone now look dilapidated and old.  

But just imagine what they looked like when they were new?

 Today when a loved one passes, their family spends A LOT of money for a machine to engrave the stone as they want. But years ago this was done by someone's hand, and to a much larger scale!!
